Questions Based off, becoming part of Staff...
Q: How can I become Part of Staff?
A: By me seeing your Potential, read the Guidelines to becoming Staff, Link
Q: Can I delete members or users?
A: No, only Ban them temporairly, if you try to get pass that I will demote you.
Q: I wan't to ban someone who I hat can I do so?
A: No, unless they are harrasing you at the site, if they harrass you outside of the forum, then we're not sure yet, you have to have proof of their harrasment and such if you wan't me to banned them.
